As the holiday season comes knocking on the door, Amazon Prime Video has come up with some excellent kids holiday specials which are sure to make the festive season so much more fun for your tiny tots. There are virtually an endless number of kids movies, TV series and other shows which parents can enjoy with their little wards and have excellent quality time all together.

One of these (all of them included with the basic Amazon Prime plan) Amazon Prime Video Kids plans is the ‘Kids Holiday Streamathon’. Here you will find kids animated specials such as Creative Galaxy, Tumble Leaf, The Stinky & Dirty Show, The Snowy Day, If You Give a Mouse a Christmas Cookie or the New Year’s Eve Special Bookaboo and many more.

While all of these are great occasions for fun, our special picks for this holiday season include:

Click Clack Moo: Christmas at the Farm

Adapted from the award-winning and bestselling New York Times children’s book (author: Doreen Cronin, illustrator: Betsy Lewin), the show has already premiered on November 28. At the farm, Christmas is just around the corner but the animals in the farm find themselves in a fix: how to get their favorite Farmer Brown his dream gift—a Tumbleton 300 Clothes Dryer. One the other hand, one of the animals on the farm, Duck, has his own worries: how to get himself off Santa’s ‘Naughty List’ so he doesn’t miss out! Children will absolutely love this show directed by Jennifer Oxley and featuring excellent voice artists including Patton Oswalt, Pete Davidson, Rachel Bloom and others.

If You Give a Mouse a Cookie

If it’s holiday time in Mouse’s house then, that means Christmas cookies (including a special one for Santa, of course), caroling…and one nearly-destroyed holiday pageant. Can Mouse and his animal friends save the show, without getting utterly distracted along the way? It’s a wild ride as Mouse and his friends embody the friendship and caring at the heart of the holiday season.

The Snowy Day

This excellent 38-minute Amazon Original Special show from 2016, adapted from the bestseller by Ezra Jack Keats and featuring voice talents such as Regina King, Laurence Fishburne and Donielle Hansley, is the recipient of two Daytime Emmy Awards. Depicting the adventures of Peter as he embarks on a snowy day to Nana’s house with the express purpose of bringing home the Christmas Eve Dinner, the show is already a screaming favorite with the kids and you are sure to have a great night in watching this one with your kids during this festive season.

Pete the Cat: A Groovy New Year

Starting this December 26th, this fun show, apart from being a fulsome enjoyment for the kids, will also give them some food for thought. Here we see the eponymous Pete the Cat finding himself in a curious predicament: he thinks he requires a New Year’s Resolution, but—much to the spectators’ enjoyment—he doesn’t yet know exactly what this thing a resolution is! Once he has been explained and has been able to acquire some vague idea of it, it’s still not easy to zero in on one. The clock is ticking and it is all but midnight on the New Year’s Eve…but Pete is yet to be resolute about his resolution! So, will or won’t he find a worthy one in time?

Enjoy these and many other shows and movies through the holidays via  Amazon Prime Kids They are sure to make this festive season for you and your kids a groovy and memorable one.
