Always Eat After 7 PM – Intermittent Fasting For Weight Loss

I’m back with more on the “Always Eat After 7 PM” program. As I previously mentioned, one of my goals when I started following this program was to lose weight. I’m nowhere near my goal, but I am making some good progress. One of the things that has helped me with my progress, is making healthier choices. For instance, I’ve always been bad about drinking water, but I started following the authors advice.

It is through water that hormones flow to the proper organs, that nutrients reach all cells, and that toxins are diluted and removed from the body.”

I’ve also been enjoying some of the recipes in the book. As an ice cream lover, I really like the Cherry Garcia ice cream recipe.  It looks so good and I can’t wait to try it! With so many diets, ice cream would be a no-no. Like I mentioned before, the fact that this diet is not very restrictive is a big plus for me. I’m grateful that the author included quite a few, mouth watering recipes.
