Last month I told you about my first shipment of wine from the California Wine Club. I had a good experience with their service and the selection of wines that they sent and didn't think they could top it.
Well, my holiday shipment of wines recently arrived and to my delight when I opened it up, I saw that it was packed in very festive silver and red wine bags.
This months selections was from Daniel Gehrs Wines and included a 2009 Central Coat Merlot and a 2011 Santa Barbara County White Hills Vineyard Chenin Blanc.
The Merlot has gotten rave reviews and is a Double Gold Medal, Gold Medal and Silver Medal winner. Can you say wow!
The White wine has also gotten rave reviews and has been named a top 10 white wine at the World Wine Championship competition.
They both sound super yummy!
Since these wines are already all wrapped up, I think I will give them away as gifts. I have quite a few wine lovers on my list and I’m sure they would love these selections.
